The world's first constitution
Birth Story of the world's first state with a democratic form of government and its constitution began in Zaporizhzhya Sich. For the first time in the history of mankind is the Ukrainian people, in spite of all existing at the time dictatorships, has created a new state with a democratic form of government.
From the point of view of the history and development of a democratic society, the more important it was created by Philip Orlik adoption of the first constitution of Ukraine, which took place on the day of his election, the hetman of Ukraine - April 5, 1710.

Translator performs simultaneous translation of video-calls in Skype!
Since the 26th of June,
the owners of Android-based smartphones and tablets will be able to use the new
revolutionary application – Droid Translator. Easy-to-use service simultaneously
translates voice calls, as well as messages in the app and calls via the usual
mobile connection, but what’s the most important – the video-calls via Skype. The
translation performed automatically – the only thing two users have to do is to
install the software to their mobile devices and speak as usual, each in one’s
own language.
One of the one of the most important advantages of Droid Translator – synchronization
of the existing Skype contacts. The user doesn’t have to register a new account
in order to use the app. During the conversation a stenograph is recorded for
the convenience of the users.
In the nearest future, the app will
also work with Google Talk and Viber, allowing recording and saving stenographs
of calls and multilingual conference calls. The list of supported languages can
be found on the app’s page.
Today the
beta-version of Droid Translator is available. In the near future users
will be able to download the full version of the app for 5 US dollars.
In order to use the services of
video-calls translation, you have to additionally buy a USB Droid Translation
Device for 18,90$, which will be on sale starting October 2013. Until September
the company accepts pre-orders for the device with 20% discount. As such, it
